Every process we run, on every metal we run it on. Repair work and new fabrication, in the shop on 280th Street or out of the truck at your site.
Repair & fabrication
Most of what comes through the door is broken: a cracked frame, a snapped hitch, a worn bucket lip, a bracket that finally let go. We prep it right, pick the process that fits the metal and the job, and put it back to work.
Each process has a job it's best at. Here's how we use them.
| SMAW | Stick Welding | The workhorse for field repair. Runs off the truck, handles rusty or painted steel, and holds up in wind and weather. Most on-site farm repairs are stick. |
| GMAW | MIG Welding | Fast, clean, consistent welds on mild steel. Our go-to for fabrication and shop repair where production speed and a clean bead matter. |
| GTAW | TIG Welding | Precision work on thin material, stainless, and aluminum. Slower, but it's the right answer when the weld has to be clean and controlled. |
| OAW | Oxy-Acetylene Welding & Brazing | Brazing dissimilar metals, heating for straightening or freeing seized parts, and light-gauge welding. |
| AL | Aluminum Welding | Trailers, tanks, boats, truck bodies, and equipment. Aluminum needs the right prep and process — we do it in the shop where we can control it. |
| SS | Stainless Steel Welding | Food-grade, agricultural, and corrosion-critical parts. Clean welds that won't rust out the joint. |
Cutting & prep
Good welds start with good prep. We cut our own material and remove old, failed welds before laying new ones.
| PAC | Plasma Cutting | Fast, clean cuts in plate and sheet steel |
| OFC | Oxy-Acetylene Cutting | Thick steel, and cutting on site from the truck |
| SAW | Band Saw with Miter | Square and angled cuts on tube, bar, channel, and angle |
| CAC-A | Air Carbon Arc Gouging | Removing old welds and gouging out cracks before repair |
